RapidX ("RapidX," "we," "us," or "our") provides clinic CRM, automation, and patient engagement software. This document describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our products, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with RapidX, we may collect:

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number
  • Account and clinic profile information you provide when signing up
  • Usage data, device information, and analytics from our website and app
  • SMS opt-in records, including the phone number provided, timestamp, and the exact consent language shown
  • Message delivery metadata when you communicate with us by text

3. How we use information

We use personal information to operate and improve our services, provide customer support, send transactional notifications, and — only where you have opted in — send informational or promotional text messages about RapidX products and updates.

4. SMS messaging program

By opting in through our text message signup form , you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from RapidX about product updates, support, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@rapidx.io
  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of RapidX services.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver our services — such as SMS gateway providers, cloud hosting, and customer support tools — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide services to RapidX.

6. Your choices and rights

You may opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe links in those messages. For SMS, reply STOP as described above. You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@rapidx.io.

7. Data security and retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes — including SMS consent records where required for carrier compliance.

8. Terms of service

By accessing our website or using RapidX products, you agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access. RapidX is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice where required.

Clinic customers remain responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own patients before sending SMS through RapidX on their behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
